Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Deerfield Public Library, Deerfield, Illinois for

RELOCATION AND MOVING SERVICES

for the

DEERFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY

IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

The Work includes moving the library’s collections and other property from its current location to a temporary location in Deerfield and then moving certain elements of the temporary facility back to the newly renovated library to its current location at 920 Waukegan Road.

Proposals will be received until 10:00 am on February 8, 2012, at the Library’s Circulation Desk, 920 Waukegan Road, Deerfield, Illinois, 60015. All bids will be publicly read at the Library at 10:00 am on February 8, 2012.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Library at 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 1, 2012.

Bidders are required to use the proposal form supplied with the Bid Documents. Documents are available in pdf format at no charge by contacting the Owner’s representative:

The Board of Trustees of the Deerfield Public Library, Cook County, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any proposals received after the date and time designated above will be returned unopened.
