It’s the time of year we’ve all been waiting for… our Summer Reading Program for kids, teens, and adults kicks off on Saturday, June 10! From architecture and engineering to graffiti and street art, this year’s Summer Reading theme, Reading by Design, is meant to inspire readers to explore their own creativity. It’s about celebrating authors, illustrators, builders, inventors, artists, architects, and everyone that uses their creativity to make the ordinary world an extraordinary place.
Building off of that theme, there will be plenty of opportunities to build, design, create, make, and read this summer at the Library! Take a look at our summer issue of Browsing or check out our event calendar to see all of the great summer programs we have planned for kids, teens, and adults.
