Summer Reading Program 2023
Saturday, June 10 – Sunday, August 6
Calling all Children and Teens! Make sure your unique voice is heard by participating in the Find Your Voice Summer Reading Program! Track your reading, complete activities, and attend programs all summer long.
To participate in weekly drawings and earn prizes along the way, be sure to update your progress each week, either at the Library or online, on deerfieldlibrary.beanstack.org. Attend programs for the opportunity to earn bonus tickets.

All Youth and Teens who complete the program will receive a free book and an entry into our grand prize drawing! Anyone who finishes the Summer Reading Program after it officially ends on August 6 will receive a book while supplies last. Last day to pick up prizes is August 20.
Three grand prize winners will be chosen from each age group. Prize options this year are a gift certificate to the Deerfield Park District or a yearlong membership to one of the following: Adler Planetarium, Art Institute of Chicago, Field Museum, Museum of Science and Industry, and Shedd Aquarium.

Youth
Children Birth-PreK
- Register online or at the Library any time this summer starting Saturday, June 10.
- Complete activities to earn virtual badges on a Bingo card.
- Earn a checkpoint prize from our treasure chest when you complete Reader Badge 1, Reader Badge 2, and when you make your first Bingo.
- Earn a Bingo by completing a row, column, or diagonal on the card.
- To complete the program you must fill your entire Bingo card, which is equal to 16 activities.
- Log your progress at the Library each week to get an entry into our weekly drawings.
- If you cannot make it in, you can still log yourself online through Beanstack.
- Complete the Bingo card by Sunday, August 6 to get a free book and an entry into the digital grand prize drawing.
- Grand prize winners will have a choice between a gift certificate to the Deerfield Park District or a year-long membership to one of the following: Adler Planetarium, Art Institute of Chicago, Field Museum, Museum of Science and Industry, and Shedd Aquarium.

- Earn virtual badges by logging 7, 14, and 21 days of reading plus 4 activities.

- Log your progress at the Library each week to get an entry into our weekly drawings.
- If you cannot make it in, you can still log yourself online through Beanstack.
- Complete your log by Sunday, August 6 to get a free book and an entry into the digital grand prize drawing.

- Earn a checkpoint prize from our treasure chest when you complete 5 days of reading, 10 days of reading, and when you make your first Bingo.
- Earn a Bingo by completing a row, column, or diagonal on the card.
- To complete the program you must fill your entire Bingo card, which is equal to 15 days of reading and 6 activities.
- Log your progress at the Library each week to get an entry into our weekly drawings.
- If you cannot make it in, you can still log yourself online through Beanstack.
- Complete the Bingo card by Sunday, August 6 to get a free book and an entry into the digital grand prize drawing.
